Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- melted butter - 1/4 c
- plain flour - 3 Tbsp
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- can chunk pineapple - 1 oz
- Ritz cracker crumbs - 1 c
How to make pineapple-cheese casserole:
Drain pineapple; save juice. Mix sugar, flour and 3 tablespoons pineapple juice. Mix with the pineapple chunks and cheese. Mix butter with cracker crumbs and spread over top. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Pineapple, Tropical fruits, Casseroles.
