- sugar - 1 c
- flour - 1/4 c
- pineapple juice - 6 tsp
- stick margarine, melted - 1/2 item
- grated sharp Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- cans pineapple tidbits, drained - 2 oz
- roll Ritz crackers - 1 item
How to make pineapple cheese casserole:
Mix juice and flour. Add sugar; mix and add pineapple and cheese. Pour into a casserole dish. Crush crackers and mix with melted margarine. Pour over casserole. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
