Ingredients/Components
- stick butter, softened - 1/2 item
- graham crackers - 1 item
- small pkg cream cheese - 1 item
- small box vanilla instant pudding - 1 item
- small can crushed no sugar added pineapple; well drained - 1 item
How to make pineapple cheese cake:
Use enough graham crackers to make 9-inch pie shell crushed and mixed with butter and press in pie plate. Let cream cheese set out until soft, or put in microwave on defrost if you are in a hurry. Mix pudding as directed on box. Add softened cream cheese. Whip really good; stir in pineapple. Pour in pie shell. Chill.
