Pineapple cheese ball
Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 2 c
- pkg - 2 oz
- can crushed pineapple - 1 1/2
- chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- seasoned salt - 1 Tbsp
- finely chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
How to make pineapple cheese ball:
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add pineapple, 1 cup pecans, green pepper, onion and salt. Shape into ball. Roll in remaining pecans.Wrap in foil or plastic wrap and refrigerate until chilled. Serve with assorted crackers.
