  • chopped pecans - 2 c
  • pkg - 2 oz
  • can crushed pineapple - 1 1/2
  • chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
  • seasoned salt - 1 Tbsp
  • finely chopped green pepper - 1/4 c

How to make pineapple cheese ball:

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add pineapple, 1 cup pecans, green pepper, onion and salt. Shape into ball. Roll in remaining pecans.

Wrap in foil or plastic wrap and refrigerate until chilled. Serve with assorted crackers.
