  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • pkg - 2 oz
  • can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 1/2
  • chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
  • seasoned salt - 1 Tbsp
  • finely chopped green pepper - 1/4 c

How to make pineapple cheese ball:

Mix all ingredients, except 1/2 cup pecans. Make into a ball; refrigerate until firm. Roll ball in remainder of pecans.
