- chopped pecans - 2 c
- finely chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- can crushed pineapple, drained well - 1 oz
- chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
- seasoned salt - 1 Tbsp
- dash of garlic powder - 1 item
How to make pineapple cheese ball:
Beat cream cheese with fork until smooth. Stir in pineapple, 1 cup pecans, green peppers, onion and seasonings; roll in nuts. Garnish plate with pineapple rings and parsley sprigs. Refrigerate overnight.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Pineapple, Cheese.
