Ingredients/Components

  • chopped pecans - 2 c
  • pkg - 2 oz
  • can crushed pineapple - 1 1/2
  • maraschino cherries - 1 item
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • parsley - 1 item
  • finely chopped onions - 2 Tbsp
  • finely chopped green peppers - 1/4 c
  • small can pineapple slices - 1 item

How to make pineapple cheese ball:

Blend cheese, pineapple, 1 cup pecans, pepper, onion, salt and pepper. Shape into a ball and roll in remaining nuts. Chill well. Garnish with pineapple slices, cherry and parsley. Surround with crackers.
