Pineapple cheese ball
Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- pkg - 2 oz
- finely chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
- cans crushed pineapple, well drained - 2 1/2
- additional pecans, finely chopped - 1 item
How to make pineapple cheese ball:
In a medium bowl with fork, beat cream cheese until smooth. Stir in crushed pineapple gradually, 1 cup of pecans and green pepper. Refrigerate a few hours for easier handling. Shape into ball. Roll in the additional pecans. Wrap in plastic, then foil. Refrigerate until well chilled, overnight. Serve with crackers.From favorite recipes of Pam Combs.
