Ingredients/Components

  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • pkg - 2 oz
  • finely chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
  • cans crushed pineapple, well drained - 2 1/2
  • additional pecans, finely chopped - 1 item

How to make pineapple cheese ball:

In a medium bowl with fork, beat cream cheese until smooth. Stir in crushed pineapple gradually, 1 cup of pecans and green pepper. Refrigerate a few hours for easier handling. Shape into ball. Roll in the additional pecans. Wrap in plastic, then foil. Refrigerate until well chilled, overnight. Serve with crackers.
