Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 oz
- pecans, chopped - 2 c
- green pepper, chopped - 1/4 c
- onion, chopped - 2 Tbsp
- seasoned salt - 1 Tbsp
How to make pineapple cheese ball:
Soften cream cheese. Carefully stir in pineapple, 1 cup pecans, green pepper, onion and salt. Chill well and then form into a ball. Roll in remaining cup of pecans. Makes 8 servings.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Pineapple, Cheese.
