Pineapple casserole



  • sugar - 2 c
  • eggs, beaten - 3 item
  • melted butter - 1 c
  • can pineapple chunks, drained - 1 oz
  • fresh bread, cubed - 4 c

How to make pineapple casserole:

Mix together bread and pineapple chunks and place in a greased baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over bread/pineapple mixture. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until top is lightly browned. Casserole can be refrigerated before baking. Great with ham.
