  • sugar - 1 c
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
  • self-rising flour - 6 Tbsp
  • Ritz crackers - 1 item
  • grated sharp Cheddar cheese - 8 oz
  • cans pineapple tidbits, drained - 2 oz

How to make pineapple casserole:

Stir together ingredients. Top with 1 tube of crushed Ritz crackers. Melt margarine and pour over top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
