Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- flour - 6 Tbsp
- stick margarine - 1 item
- Ritz crackers, crushed - 1 c
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- large can crushed pineapple - 1 item
- large can chunk pineapple - 1 item
How to make pineapple casserole:
Drain pineapple. Reserve 6 tablespoons of juice. Pour pineapple in a casserole dish. Mix flour, sugar and 6 tablespoons of juice in a bowl until smooth. Pour mixture over pineapple. Add cheese. Sprinkle crackers on top. Melt margarine and pour over the top of crackers. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pineapple, Main dish.
