Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- stick butter - 1 item
- Ritz crackers - 1 pkg
- small block Velveeta cheese - 1/2 item
- 1/2 large cans chunked pineapple - 1 item
How to make pineapple casserole:
Drain pineapple and save juice. Mix pineapple, sugar and flour. Cut Velveeta into small cubes and mix with pineapple mixture. Pour a little juice into this. Melt butter and pour in half of this. Mix the rest of the butter with the crushed Ritz crackers. Pour mixture into casserole dish and put crackers on top. Bake, covered, at 325° for 45 minutes.
