Pineapple casserole



  • sugar - 2/3 c
  • plain flour - 5 tsp
  • stick melted butter - 1 item
  • grated sharp cheese
  • large cans pineapple chunks - 2 item
  • box Ritz crackers - 1/4 item

How to make pineapple casserole:

Place pineapple in casserole dish. Mix flour and sugar and sprinkle over pineapple. Top with grated cheese; add cracker crumbs and melted butter. Pour over casserole. Cook 30 to 40 minutes at 350°. Serve hot.
