Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2/3 c
- plain flour - 5 tsp
- stick melted butter - 1 item
- grated sharp cheese
- large cans pineapple chunks - 2 item
- box Ritz crackers - 1/4 item
How to make pineapple casserole:
Place pineapple in casserole dish. Mix flour and sugar and sprinkle over pineapple. Top with grated cheese; add cracker crumbs and melted butter. Pour over casserole. Cook 30 to 40 minutes at 350°. Serve hot.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pineapple, Main dish.
