Pineapple casserole



  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • flour - 5 tsp
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • Ritz crackers, crushed - 1 pkg
  • grated cheese - 1 c
  • large can crushed pineapple - 1 item

How to make pineapple casserole:

Grease casserole dish. Drain pineapple. Put pineapple in bottom of dish. Mix 1/2 cup sugar and 5 teaspoons flour together and put on top of pineapple, then put grated cheese on top of that. Crush Ritz crackers and put 3/4 cup on top of cheese. Melt butter and pour over Ritz crackers. Pour pineapple juice on top of this. Sprinkle rest of Ritz crackers on top. Bake at 325° for 25 to 30 minutes.
