  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • butter - 1/4 c
  • soda - 2 tsp
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • nuts - 1 c
  • can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
  • powdered sugar - 2 c
  • ground ginger - 1/2 tsp
  • Add all of 20 ounce can crushed pineapple

How to make pineapple cake:

Beat eggs until light and fluffy. Add all of 20 ounce can crushed pineapple. Add remaining ingredients by hand not mixer. Bake in a 9 x 13-inch ungreased pan at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.Frosting:3 oz. cream cheese1/4 c. butter1 tsp. vanilla2 c.
