Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
- butter - 1/4 c
- soda - 2 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- nuts - 1 c
- can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
- powdered sugar - 2 c
- ground ginger - 1/2 tsp
- Add all of 20 ounce can crushed pineapple
How to make pineapple cake:
Beat eggs until light and fluffy. Add all of 20 ounce can crushed pineapple. Add remaining ingredients by hand not mixer. Bake in a 9 x 13-inch ungreased pan at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.Frosting:3 oz. cream cheese1/4 c. butter1 tsp. vanilla2 c.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Pineapple.
