- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- water - 1/2 c
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
How to make pineapple cake:
Beat together eggs, sugar and water. Add flour, baking soda, vanilla and crushed pineapple. Bake in a greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes. Let cool and top with cream cheese icing. Makes 10 to 12 servings.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Pineapple.
