- sugar
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- eggs, well beaten - 2 item
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- 2 can crushed pineapple not drained
- Add eggs and mix well; add pineapple
How to make pineapple cake:
Mix flour, sugar, soda and salt. Add eggs and mix well; add pineapple. Pour into greased and floured cake pan. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.Icing:1 cube oleo1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 box powdered sugar Mix oleo, cream cheese and powdered sugar.
