  • sugar - 2 c
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • milk - 1 c
  • flour - 3 c
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • Crisco - 1/2 c
  • medium can pineapple - 1 item
  • batter
  • eggs 5 if small - 4 item

How to make pineapple cake:

Frosting:1 c. batter1 stick butter1 c. sugar1 medium can pineapple Cream butter and Crisco; add sugar and eggs. Mix. Add flour and milk alternately mixing well. Add vanilla.

Bake in 3 greased and lightly floured 8 or 9-inch cake pans in a 350° preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes.

Frosting: Mix batter, butter, sugar and pineapple. Put in microwave for approximately 8 minutes. Stir every 2 minutes.
