  • sugar - 2 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • baking soda - 2 tsp
  • 10x sugar
  • stick margarine, softened - 1 item
  • crushed walnuts - 1 c
  • can crushed pineapple, not drained - 1 oz
  • Pour into a 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan

How to make pineapple cake:

Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan. Bake in a 350° oven for 45 minutes; bake for 35 minutes if using a glass pan. Frost with cream cheese frosting.Cream Cheese Frosting:1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened1 1/3 c. 10x sugar1 stick margarine, softened1 tsp. vanilla Beat well with mixer.
