- sugar
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- butter - 2 3
- water - 1/3 c
- coconut
- oil - 1/3 c
- egg whites - 3 item
- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
- small can crushed pineapple - 1 item
- Karo - 1/3 c
How to make pineapple cake:
Mix cake mix, eggs, oil, water and pineapple together and put in 3 layer cake pans. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.Icing: Mix together egg whites, sugar, water, Karo and vanilla. Melt 2 or 3 tablespoons butter in iron skillet, then put all icing ingredients in plus 1 1/2 cups coconut and brown.
