- sugar
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- stick oleo - 3/4 item
- 2 can crushed pineapple
- Milnot - 2/3 c
How to make pineapple cake:
Sift sugar (1 1/2 cups), flour, soda and salt. Add pineapple and egg. Pour into a greased and floured (9 x 13-inch) pan and bake at 350° for 40 minutes. For topping, boil sugar, Milnot and oleo for 5 minutes; then add vanilla. Pour over hot cake.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Pineapple.
