Pineapple cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• flour - 2 c
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• 2 can crushed pineapple do not drain
• water - 1/4 c
• soda - 2 tsp
• Add pineapple and then mix in flour and soda
• stick oleo, melted - 1 item
• pkg - 1 oz

How to make pineapple cake:

Mix sugar, eggs, water and vanilla. Add pineapple and then mix in flour and soda. Bake for 20 minutes in cookie sheet pan. (It will look like it is not done.)Frosting:1 lb. box powdered sugar1 stick oleo, melted1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 tsp. vanilla Beat with beater until creamy. Put on cake and add chopped walnuts. (You can ice the cake while hot if you wish.)
