- instant vanilla pudding - 1 pkg
- 2 can crushed pineapple, drained
- yellow Jiffy cake mix - 1 item
- small Cool Whip, thawed - 1 (4
How to make pineapple cake:
Make cake according to directions; bake in 13 x 9 pan and cool.Put cheese in bowl and blend in milk and pudding. Beat until thick. Add pineapple. Pour over cake and spread evenly. Chill to set topping. Cover top of cake completely with Cool Whip. Sprinkle vanilla wafer crumbs on top of cake.
