- sugar - 2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- soda - 2 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- powdered sugar
- can crushed pineapple and juice - 1 item
- stick margarine soft - 1/2 item
- Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch pan
How to make pineapple cake:
Mix all ingredients. Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Frosting:8 oz. cream cheese, softened1 1/2 c. powdered sugar1/2 stick margarine (soft)1 tsp. vanilla1/2 c. chopped pecans Mix and spread over warm cake.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Pineapple.
