Pineapple cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• chopped pecans - 1/2 c
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• flour - 2 c
• soda - 2 tsp
• eggs, beaten - 2 item
• powdered sugar
• can crushed pineapple and juice - 1 item
• stick margarine soft - 1/2 item
• Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch pan

How to make pineapple cake:

Mix all ingredients. Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Frosting:8 oz. cream cheese, softened1 1/2 c. powdered sugar1/2 stick margarine (soft)1 tsp. vanilla1/2 c. chopped pecans Mix and spread over warm cake.
