- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- stick margarine - 3/4 item
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- can crushed pineapple, undrained - 1 oz
- cups sugar - 2 item
- cups flour - 2 item
- cups powdered sugar - 2 item
- Add eggs and pineapple
How to make pineapple cake:
Stir together flour, sugar, and baking soda with a wooden spoon. Add eggs and pineapple. Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes in a 9 x 13 inch pan.Frosting:1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened3/4 stick margarine2 cups powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla Cream together cream cheese and margarine.
