Pineapple bundt cake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- milk - 1 2
- confectioners sugar
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- all-purpose flour
- egg whites - 2 item
- butter or margarine, softened - 1 c
- eggs, lightly beaten - 2 item
- lemon extract - 2 tsp
- can crushed pineapple, undrained - 1 oz
How to make pineapple bundt cake:
Glaze:1 c. confectioners sugar1 to 2 Tbsp. milk1/2 tsp. lemon extract In mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, egg whites and extract; beat until fluffy, about 2 minutes. Combine flour and baking powder; gradually add to creamed mixture. Stir in pineapple. Pour into greased 10-inch Bundt pan. Bake at 350° for 55 to 60 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes before removing to wire rack; cool.In small bowl, combine Glaze ingredients until smooth; drizzle over cake. Yields 12 to 16 servings.
