  • sugar
  • milk - 1 2
  • confectioners sugar
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • all-purpose flour
  • egg whites - 2 item
  • butter or margarine, softened - 1 c
  • eggs, lightly beaten - 2 item
  • lemon extract - 2 tsp
  • can crushed pineapple, undrained - 1 oz

How to make pineapple bundt cake:

Glaze:1 c. confectioners sugar1 to 2 Tbsp. milk1/2 tsp. lemon extract In mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, egg whites and extract; beat until fluffy, about 2 minutes. Combine flour and baking powder; gradually add to creamed mixture. Stir in pineapple. Pour into greased 10-inch Bundt pan. Bake at 350° for 55 to 60 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes before removing to wire rack; cool.

In small bowl, combine Glaze ingredients until smooth; drizzle over cake. Yields 12 to 16 servings.
