- cinnamon
- eggs - 4 item
- salt
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour - 3 c
- oil
- baking soda
- crushed and drained pineapple
How to make pineapple bread:
Note: Drain the pineapple the night before. Mix flour, salt, sugar, soda and cinnamon in mixing bowl. Add eggs and oil; beat until smooth. Mix in pineapple and nuts until blended. Pour in three 8 x 4-inch loaf pans. Bake at 325° for 45 minutRecipe categories: Breakfast, Pineapple, Side dish.
