Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- coconut - 8 oz
- lemon juice - 1/3 c
- can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 oz
- large container Cool Whip - 1 item
- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
- can cream of coconut - 1 oz
- can condensed milk like Eagle Brand - 1 item
How to make pina colada cake:
Follow directions on box of cake mix. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. With fork, punch holes in cake. Pour cream of coconut on cake. Mix condensed milk, crushed pineapple and lemon juice; spread over cake. Spread Cool Whip on top. Sprinkle coconut and nuts on top. Keep in fridge.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Coconut.
