- sugar - 1/3 c
- water - 2/3 c
- buttermilk - 1/2 c
- egg - 1 item
- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
- Wesson oil - 1/2 c
- coconut flavoring - 1 tsp
- small can Eagle Brand milk - 1 item
- Filling:1 can cream of coconut
How to make pina colada cake:
Filling:1 can cream of coconut1 small can Eagle Brand milk Mix cake mix according to directions; leave out 1/3 cup water and add remaining ingredients. Bake until done in a 13 x 9-inch pan. While still warm, punch holes 1 inch apart in cake.Mix together filling ingredients and pour over cake.
