- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 1 c
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- flour - 2 c
- melted margarine
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- baking powder
- margarine - 1/2 c
- pie filling - 1 item
How to make pie filling coffee cake:
Topping:2 Tbsp. melted margarine1 tsp. cinnamon1/2 c. flour1/4 c. sugar1/2 c. chopped nuts Cream the sugar, margarine and eggs. Add vanilla and sour cream. Sift flour, soda and baking powder. Spread half of dough in a 9 x 13-inch pan and cover with pie filling. Add the rest of the dough on top of filling.Topping: Mix together and put on top. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
