  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 3 c
  • cold water - 1/3 c
  • egg - 1 item
  • vinegar - 1 Tbsp
  • Crisco - 1 c

How to make pie crust:

Put flour and salt in bowl. Put Crisco into mix until crumbly. Beat egg and put in vinegar and water together with egg and add to flour. Mix good. Makes 4 (8-inch) pie shells.
