  • salt - 3/4 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • water - 1/4 c
  • vinegar
  • shortening - 7/8 c
  • beaten egg - 1 item

How to make pie crust:

Cut shortening into flour, salt and sugar. Mix last 3 ingredients together. Add to flour mixture. Yield: double crust pie. Vinegar is the secret to this flakey crust.
