Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- cold water - 6 Tbsp
- vinegar - 1 tsp
- shortening
- beaten egg - 1 item
How to make pie crust:
Mix flour, salt and shortening until crumbly like coarse meal. Add egg, water and vinegar. Mix well and form into 3 balls. Chill in the refrigerator. Makes 3 crusts. May be frozen.This is a very good crust!
