  • sugar - 2/3 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 2 c
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • cornstarch - 3 Tbsp
  • water - 1 Tbsp
  • egg yolks - 3 item
  • coconut
  • vinegar - 1 Tbsp
  • shortening - 1/4 c
  • egg, well beaten - 1 item
  • pineapple - 1 c
  • other - 1 item
  • Bring to a boil, stirring constantly

How to make pie:

Add One (for choice of pie):3 Tbsp. coconut1 c. pineapple other Add dry ingredients, then liquid. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Pour into baked pie shell.Pie Crust:1 c. flour1/4 c. shortening1 tsp. salt1 egg, well beaten1 Tbsp. water1 Tbsp. vinegar Cut shortening into flour and salt. Combine egg, water and vinegar. Pour liquid into flour mixture all at once. Blend with spoon just until flour is all moistened. Roll on floured paper. Bake.
