Ingredients/Components
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- juice of 2 limes
- avocados, diced - 2 item
- finely chopped cilantro - 3 Tbsp
- pinch of garlic salt - 1 item
- chopped sweet and mild onions - 3 c
- diced firm pink tomatoes - 3 c
- finely chopped Serrano or jalapeno peppers - 1 2
How to make pico de gallo:
Combine all the ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate. Serve with tortilla chips, fajitas or Mexican egg dishes. Makes about 4 cups.Recipe categories: Sauces, Dips, Salsas.
