Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- vinegar - 1 c
- diced onion - 1 c
- celery seed - 1 Tbsp
- diced green peppers - 1 c
- sliced cucumbers - 6 c
How to make pickles:
Put pickles, peppers and onion in a bowl. Mix sugar, salt, celery seed and vinegar. Stir until sugar dissolves. Pour over pickles and put in refrigerator. Leave for 24 hours. Will last a long time.Recipe categories: Low protein, Snacks, Vegetables.
