  • sugar - 3 c
  • salt - 2 tsp
  • vinegar - 2 c
  • small jar pimentos - 1 item
  • celery seed - 2 tsp
  • onions, sliced - 2 item
  • mustard seed - 2 tsp
  • squash, sliced - 12 item
  • bell peppers, sliced - 2 item

How to make pickled squash:

Soak squash, peppers, onion and pimentos in ice water for 1 hour. Bring to boil vinegar, sugar and spices. Drain squash and other ingredients. Add in vinegar mixture and bring to a boil. Place in jars and seal.
