Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- salt - 2 Tbsp
- dry mustard
- chopped onion - 2 c
- apple cider vinegar - 2 c
- celery seed
- mustard seed
- large sweet peppers green or red - 2 item
How to make pickled squash:
In a large bowl (not metal), mix sliced squash and salt and set aside for 1 hour. Mix all seasoning ingredients with squash, then place combined mixture in a large pan; bring to a boil and pour into jars.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Squash.
