Ingredients/Components
- cleaned, boiled shrimp - 2 2
- medium Vidalia onions, sliced - 4 item
- salad oil
- warmed white vinegar - 3/4 c
- salt
- celery seed
- capers and juice
- dash of Tabasco sauce - 1 item
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/4 c
- yellow mustard - 1 Tbsp
How to make pickled shrimp:
Arrange shrimp and sliced onions in layers in a large bowl. Mix other ingredients together and pour over shrimp. Cover and store in refrigerator not less than 24 hours before serving. (These can be kept one week.)Recipe categories: Appetizers, Shellfish, Shrimp.
