- cloves of garlic - 1 item
- green bell peppers - 1 item
- hot peppers optional - 1 item
How to make pickled peppers:
Use what you feel fits your needs.Boil 2 quarts of water to 1 part of vinegar. Cut peppers in half or quarters. Place peppers and garlic in sterilized jars. Pour liquid over peppers and salt.
