Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 4 lb
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- vinegar - 1 pt
- cloves - 1/2 tsp
- mace - 1 tsp
- peaches, peeled - 8 lb
How to make pickled peaches:
Tie spices in cheesecloth and boil syrup. Drop peaches in boiling syrup. Cook soft and then seal at once.In loving memory of Ruth Leipersberger.
