Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 c
- water - 1 c
- vinegar - 1 qt
- dill seed - 1 tsp
- hot pepper - 1 item
- garlic bud - 1 item
- pinch alum - 1 item
How to make pickled okra:
Put spices in bottom of jar. Heat vinegar, water and salt together. Pack okra in jars and pour vinegar over okra. Seal jars.Recipe categories: American, North american, Kwanzaa.
