- water - 1 c
- white vinegar - 1 qt
- garlic 1 clove for each jar
- hot pepper 1 for each jar
- for each jar
- okra pack tight in jar - 1 item
How to make pickled okra:
Pack jars with first four ingredients. Boil 5 minutes and pour over okra; seal. Makes 5 to 7 pints. Process in boiling waterbath for 5 minutes. Wait 1 month to eat.Recipe categories: American, North american, Kwanzaa.
