Pickled mushrooms
Ingredients/Components
- cider vinegar - 2 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- dry white wine - 2 c
- olive oil - 1/4 c
- chopped parsley - 1/4 c
- garlic clove - 1 item
- onion, minced - 1 item
- thyme - 1/2 tsp
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- to 3 bay leaves - 2 item
- small mushrooms - 1 lb
How to make pickled mushrooms:
Wash mushrooms in cold, salted water. Drain and place in saucepan. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over mushrooms. Bring to boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Cool, cover and refrigerate.Recipe categories: Appetizers, < 30 mins, Canning.
