- salt - 1/2 tsp
- lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
- salad oil - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- clove garlic - 1 item
- pinch of oregano - 1 item
- bay leaves - 2 item
- mushrooms fresh cooked or canned - 1 lb
How to make pickled mushrooms:
