Ingredients/Components
- water - 3 c
- red food coloring - 1 tsp
- box brown sugar - 1 item
- white vinegar - 1 c
- green mangoes - 1 item
- Hawaiian salt - 1/4 c
- 5 spice Chinese spice mixture - 1/4 tsp
How to make pickled mango:
Slice the mangoes into 4 quart jars. Combine and cook the remaining ingredients until salt and sugar are dissolved. Pour over the mangoes.Recipe categories: Fruit, Tropical fruits, Mango.
