Ingredients/Components
- Japanese vinegar - 1 c
- sugar - 2 c
- Hawaiian salt
- seedless Li Hing Mui or about 1/4 c - 1/2 pkg
- sliced green mangoes - 1 item
How to make pickled mango:
Combine ingredients except mangoes. Mix well and pour over sliced mangoes. Mix every 2 hours. Leave out overnight.Recipe categories: Fruit, Tropical fruits, Mango.
