- water - 1 pt
- vinegar - 2 qt
- thinly sliced Jalapeno peppers - 6 8
How to make pickled jalapeno peppers:
Pack peppers in clean sterilized jars. Mix next 3 ingredients in a sauce pan. Bring to a hard boil, pour over peppers. Seal with hot lids. These are good to eat with chip dip and corn chips or use as very hot pepper sauce.Recipe categories: Time to make, < 30 mins, Canning.
