Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- salt - 2 Tbsp
- large onion, sliced - 1 item
- white vinegar
- pickling spices
- of fish, chunked - 3 c
How to make pickled fish:
Mix fish, spices and onion together in a container with a lid. Mix remaining ingredients and add. Refrigerate for at least 7 days, stirring or shaking once or twice daily.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Fish, Seafood.
